My time at Snow PR

The reason i have been neglecting the blog over the last month was due to me doing an internship at Snow PR in London. I really enjoyed my time there and have learnt a lot more about the world of public relations and promotion.
Here are a couple of the designer cilents they deal with:
Client 1: Pam Hogg

Collection: A/W 2010 "Valley of the Shadow of Darkness"

Celebrities in Pam Hogg

I was amazed that i saw a garment Lady Ga Ga once wore....strangly though at my interview i noticed the red playsuit and thought of her!!!

While i was at Snow PR Kylie wore Pam Hogg at Glastonbury this was such amazing coverage.

Tape Art...

I came across this while reading the Metro at first i just thought it was normal black and white paintings then went on to realise artist Erika Iris Simmons had used cassette and film tape.

Fall 2010 Couture

Couture fashion is like a form of art....theature and well over all fairy tale glamour.
Here are some of my favourite outfits from the Fall 2010 Couture...
Christian Dior

This catwalk was a mixture of Charlie and the chocolate factory sweets, Georgia O'Keefe floral art work and well the traditional Dior ballgowns.
But hey its the magical land of John Galliano....where anything goes!!!

Chanel

Chanel yet again remains sophisticated but adds glamour with embrodiery and elaborate beading.I adore the tudor style detail and matching boots.
Jean Paul Gaultier

This catwalk oozes 1920's Erte hollywood glamour with an ethnic twist of the indian style turbans.
You can imagine the likes of Betty Davis or Marlene Dietrich wearing such attire
Givenchy

Givenchy only had a collection of 10 dresses but all of them carried the same delicate intricate
quality while expressing a modern femimine sexual allure. The first garment to me seems to highlight the structure of a skeleton.
